If you’re searching for Orlando vacation rentals and want something unique, this home fits the bill! As soon as you pull up, you’ll notice the incredible Mediterranean design, which makes this house stand out from all the others on the block. Inside, you’ll have access to all kinds of convenient amenities you can use during your stay. This 4-bedroom Orlando vacation rental also comes equipped with 4 bathrooms.

Lindfields Reserve 8805 features a full kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family. You can eat at the bar or in your convenient dining area. There’s also a spacious living room where you can enjoy some quality time with your family, plus a small reading area upstairs to relax. This house is excellent for families or groups of all kinds since there is a casita with its bedroom and bathroom right outside the main house. On top of that, one of the bedrooms has wheelchair facilities for your convenience.

Orlando vacation rentals near Disney often don’t have their pools, but this one does! This home’s pool is private and perfect to use at any time. Pool heat can be added for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your vacation. Fire up the barbecue for an evening meal—just refill the propane tank and clean the grill after use. Plus, you’re just a quick 6 mile drive to Disney World and all the other major attractions of the Orlando area, like 16 mile drive to Universal Studios, and 12 mile drive to SeaWorld. Even closer than the parks are tons of shopping and dining opportunities to suit the needs of any group.

"We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place in a gated community from August 1-8. Conveniently located near stores, restaurant, attractions and access to Hwy. The place was clean and roomy. We were able to spend family time and spaced apart for privacy, each room with its own bathroom. There were enough cookware, flatware, glassware and towels Parking was for one car in driveway, others within walking distance. Quiet and convenience. Steven was available on Airbnb message if and when needed.

"Steven's home is beautiful, the villa is spotless and is stocked with all the amenities you'll need, it's very comfortable, and the pool is great! Disney parks are only 10/15 minutes away from the villa. There are shops within walking distance for everything you'd need. The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful which we look for in a holiday yet still only minutes from the larger shopping areas and restaurants. I think we spent more time in the villa then out of it we were so relaxed! I honestly can't fault one thing about the place!

"As soon as you walked in you could smell the cleanliness of the home. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Convenient areas such as gas station and Dollar Tree within walking distance. Overall just a comfortable and clean place to stay. Suitable for our needs.

"Flawless stay. Perfect check in/check out. Pool was great. Orlando traffic is bad no matter where you stay. This is a decent location for Disney, where you can avoid I-4 on your way to and from the park, though Disney was not part of our trip.

"Steven was an incredible host. He was quick to respond and was diligent with providing information like where to drop off trash. The house is exactly like the pictures but I think its helpful to share that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is within the homes courtyard but not attached to the main house. we did not have a problem with this but I can see others not being happy about this. The driveway is small and can only fit one vehicle, but there is free parking a short walk from the house. There is also a Dollar tree and Dunkin within walking distance. We were in town for the runDisney marathon weekend and the house was less than 20 minutes away from the starting line at EPCOT. The home is spacious, the pool and courtyard is beautiful, and the location is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

"One of the things we appreciated about this space was the safety. Nice to have a gated community, electronic locks, extra fencing around the pool, and a secure garage. It would be nice for a "girls" get-a-way. It was also nice to take a dip in the pool after a hot day in the Disney parks, as well as having a washer/dryer to freshen up clothes. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was great for privacy. The drive to parks was an easy 20minutes away. Shopping & restaurants were close by. Steven stayed in contact throughout our stay. This place was a great value & we would recommend to others.
