Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space that makes it easy to gather after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to relaxed family dinners around the table, all while staying connected in one inviting space.

Slide open the patio doors and step into your own private pool—a peaceful retreat for morning swims or quiet evenings under the Florida sky. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the sunshine without the crowds. Pool heat is available for $30 per day, and we recommend adding it during cooler months so your pool is warm and ready when you arrive.

Upstairs, the kids will love two themed bedrooms filled with fun details and cozy beds that turn every night into part of the adventure. Nearby, a spacious king bedroom offers a relaxing retreat for parents or grandparents. Downstairs, a queen bedroom suite provides convenient main-level access for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

When you’re ready for even more excitement, Champions Gate’s world-class Oasis Club is just a short walk away—featuring a lazy river, water slides, splash zones, and dining options the whole family will enjoy.

Traveling with your furry companion? This home is pet-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome your pet during your stay. All pets must complete our screening and approval process prior to arrival, and a non-refundable fee of $150 per approved pet will apply.

"The place was clean and free of clutter. The bed downstairs was comfortable. It was nice having a private pool and two community pools.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend Steven more as a host! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. We arrived on Easter Sunday, and Steven went above and beyond to help accommodate a special request so our children could still enjoy their Easter egg hunt — such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to our family. The house itself is stunning, with a beautiful modern vibe that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The pool was spotless, and our girls had the best time enjoying it every day. Having access to the nearby resort just a few minutes down the road was also such a treat and really added to the overall experience. We truly had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking with Steven again in the future!

"We loved our stay! I feel like the amenities are understated in the description. Our two littles loved the walkable pool, splash pad and water slides but really loved the lazy river in the neighboring complex. The pool at the condo was great even though we didn’t get the heater turned on. We went to Disney Springs one night for dinner and it was an easy drive. There’s a Publix and Chick-fil-A close by. The rooms were exactly as pictured and the decor was clean and beautiful. We’d love to come back one day!

"this house in Championsgate is like a 2 minute walk to the waterslides in the community. it was clean and had what we needed for our stay. there were a couple of very minor issues that we asked to have addressed, but they weren't major deal breakers or anything. a Hair Dryer wasn't working, there was a flickering light bulb in the ensuite, and some wifi unit was beeping sounded like a low battery. they never did get addressed, but it was still a 5 star stay.
