A queen bedroom on the main floor offers convenient single-level sleeping, ideal for grandparents or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king primary suite, a colorful Mario-inspired twin bedroom that kids absolutely love, and an additional queen bedroom for flexible sleeping arrangements. An upstairs laundry area adds extra convenience, especially for longer stays and pool days.

Step outside to your private pool area with no rear neighbors, creating a more peaceful and private outdoor space. Custom hand-painted murals add a fun and vibrant backdrop, making the backyard a true highlight of the home. Pool heat is available for $30 per day—please ask our team to arrange this prior to arrival.

"We enjoyed our stay. Steven was responsive from the time we booked. Ensuring that our stay would go smooth as possible. The house was clean and as pictured. The clubhouse was close. There is also another clubhouse that had a enclosed water slide which was nice. The beds were very comfortable, we slept good after a long day a the theme parks. We would definitely book again. "We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The couch was very cozy and offered a great spot to all be together. Also, it was just a 10 minute walk to the clubhouse, which had a lazy river, pool, hot tub and volley ball court. We loved it and would stay there again!

"Had a great weekend the best were very comfortable. The house was very clean, easy check-in. We were running a little late behind schedule, but was able to still get in the house later after traveling for a long day , cooked a few meals had everything in the kitchen you needed to prepare a meal very nice and clean love the decor of the living area in the bedrooms will definitely book again thanks Stephen great host and communication
