The excitement continues in the expansive game room, packed with arcade favorites, air hockey, and interactive games, ensuring hours of enjoyment for both kids and adults alike. The game room also has FOUR gaming stations with tvs, including two PS4 systems and two xbox gaming systems. Upstairs in the loft area, guests can enjoy a game of pool while watching tv on the wall mounted smart tv. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and is recommended during cooler months.

"I'm definitely saving this location to my favorites!!! Of course champions gate is beautiful as usual. But the host/owner went above and beyond. We loved everything about the home. The decor was beautiful, every kitchen appliance we could possibly use, every room was clean, furniture in good condition. The host provided us with everything we needed and more. Excellent communication and responsiveness. 10/10

"Beautiful home. Comfortable and spacious for all invited guests in every room. Game room was loved by kids big and small (5-60 years old) . Perfect for in-home family games such as scavenger hunt, pool basketball competition, billiards, charades and much more. Each amenity was useful and used repeatedly by all guests. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself.

"Our family enjoyed this fantastic home for a week long vacation. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa as well as the neighborhood water amenities. we cooked several family meals and were able to seat everyone around the table. The kids played pool almost every evening. Steven was super easy to communicate with and very quick responses. We will definitely look to rebook this same place again for future stays. Thank you for a wonderful house with room for our group of 11.

"The house was amazing. My family and I enjoyed the theater room. The kids loved the game room. The outside patio and pool area is where we spent most of our time. The house had daily valet for the trash. The one thing I would suggest if you could limit the number of vehicles. The driveway really only holds two vehicles, and the other vehicles will have to be parked on the street. but that is out of the owners hands. Again the house was amazing. Great location to shopping. Publix was within three minutes from the house. Wal-Mart and other shopping areas were within minutes away. Steven responded to messages very quickly.

"We had a wonderful stay! This house was awesome! My family and I enjoyed spending time in the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, the game room with all the games and watching movies in the upstairs theater.
