This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and boasts a prime location—right next to the clubhouse pool with a relaxing jacuzzi, and with a miniature golf course just outside your back patio. Plus, take advantage of convenient bike rentals at the clubhouse, perfect for exploring the resort's scenic nature trails.

Inside, the townhome offers every modern amenity, including smart TVs in every room, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay. The main floor features a King-size master suite with an attached bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, and a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs, you'll find another master bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite, along with additional beautifully appointed guest rooms. Step outside, and you're right next to the clubhouse and resort amenities, making it easy to indulge in everything Emerald Island has to offer without the need for a walk.

"Our family had an amazing stay at Steve’s house. From the moment we booked until check-out, Steve was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The support throughout our stay was outstanding. Every question we had was answered quickly, and we always felt well taken care of. The house itself was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything our family needed for a great vacation. The location was excellent, and the entire property was very well maintained. "We loved our stay! The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed being so close to the resort pool and mini golf. The location was also very convenient to all the parks. A couple of the beds were a bit firmer than I prefer, but the upstairs master bed was very comfortable. The host was very informative, responded quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

"Steven was a great host, very responsive and informative. Place was very clean and cozy. Great location to get to parks and shopping and restaurants. I was leery at first, since I prefer detached units, but this place was really quite quiet. Place could use a few clocks and softer beds, but overall I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The little welcome basket was a very nice touch.

"The townhouse was very clean and presentable, and we appreciated how well everything was kept. The only thing we struggled with were the beds. They seem to be older spring mattresses and were quite firm, which made them a bit uncomfortable for us. Everything else about this day was great.

"Steven was a great host! Responded quickly to any of my questions. The drive to Disney was about less than 20 mins and less than 30 to Epic Universe. There was a community pool and golfing area which was very nice!
