Nestled in the gated Emerald Island Resort, just minutes from the area’s world-famous theme parks, this seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath estate offers the space, style, and amenities to delight guests of all ages.

The moment you step inside, the grand entryway sets the stage with a pool table, pub seating, a 55-inch smart TV, and even an arcade machine—an inviting start that signals both sophistication and fun.

The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen and living area, designed with families and groups in mind. The chef’s kitchen boasts a spacious island with seating for five, while the dining area provides a welcoming spot for shared meals. In the living room, a large sectional invites everyone to gather, complemented by a 70-inch wall-mounted smart TV and a dramatic 72-inch ceiling fan that brings both comfort and flair.

Step outside to your private oasis. The covered patio is perfect for al fresco dining or catching the game on a 55-inch outdoor TV, while the lounge area—with two sofas, three chairs, and privacy curtains—offers a resort-style atmosphere for relaxation. The expansive deck and poolside loungers ensure you can enjoy the Florida sun in total comfort. Pool heat is available for a nominal fee. Please contact our team for more details.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to combine relaxation with character. The downstairs master suite features a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the themed bedrooms bring joy to younger guests, with colorful murals, accent lighting, and playful details that spark the imagination. For adults, multiple king suites offer refined comfort, each with its own smart TV and ceiling fan, creating private retreats for rest and recharge.

The layout ensures ease for larger groups, with multiple full bathrooms upstairs, a half bath downstairs, and a dedicated laundry room for convenience.

This home is also a pet-friendly and we’re happy to welcome your furry companion during your stay! 🐾 All pets must complete our screening and approval process prior to arrival. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per approved pet will apply.

The clubhouse will issue you a Dolphin Card for access to clubhouse facilities, pool, and easy pass through at the guard gate.
EACH DOLPHIN CARDS IS $20.00 CASH PER VEHICLE. Exterior security cameras (Ring doorbell) monitor entry areas only. No cameras inside the home.

"The home was beautiful had plenty of towels could have had more cleaning supplies and more dish clothes to wash dishes with. When we arrived and got settled in one of the closest doors fell and the oven would not come on but Steve was on it and the problem got fixed. Love how he responded back as soon as I emailed him. That's the only problem we had while there. I would highly recommend booking with him!!!

"The house was magnificent inside and outside we enjoyed the stay and the host was very professional and easy to communicate with the beds were so comfortable my wife had to come get me out of it numerous times because I kept falling asleep instantly I would book this place over and over again we loved everything about it.
