Designed with both comfort and connection in mind, this spacious home blends open-concept living, thoughtful updates, and family-friendly touches to create the perfect Central Florida getaway.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by soaring ceilings and a bright, airy living space that extends to the second floor, filling the home with natural light. The layout offers multiple gathering areas, including a front sitting room for quiet moments and a large main living area perfect for movie nights, group meals, and relaxing after a day at the parks.

The home comfortably accommodates larger families and groups with six well-appointed bedrooms, including two king suites, two queen bedrooms, and two additional rooms each featuring two twin beds.

Out back, your private pool area is designed for both relaxation and fun. With no rear neighbors and a natural hillside backdrop, you’ll enjoy added privacy while lounging poolside. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the spillover spa, or stretch out in one of the many outdoor seating and lounging areas—perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned game room adds another layer of entertainment with a pool table ready for friendly competition, rain or shine.

Guests will have full access to Emerald Island Resort’s top-tier amenities, including resort-style pools, fitness center, playgrounds, and walking trails—all within a secure, gated community just a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and more.

As part of your stay, we also offer exclusive discounts to Island H2O Water Park—just ask for details or scan the QR code inside the home to unlock savings on one of the area’s most popular attractions.

For added comfort, pool heat is available for $30 per night and can be arranged prior to your stay. Please note that Emerald Island Resort requires a one-time vehicle access pass (Dolphin Card) of $20 plus tax per vehicle, per stay, paid directly to the resort.

"Our days in this house were amazing. The house was very good, super clean in all areas. Steven was very attentive and always responded. The welcome was very nice. The house was super spacious and the pool was very good. The whole area is very peaceful. We will definitely return.

"This was our 2nd year staying here! Steven’s accommodations fit our family perfectly. 2 master bedrooms and plenty of places to sleep. Plenty of linen, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen pots pans and appliances. One small hiccup with one of the TVs but Steven was prompt with his response and repair. Check out instructions are clear and not much to do. Steven is very friendly and professional and always responsive. We highly recommend his home.

"Home was mostly as described, ad said was newly remodeled but looks like may be just the kitchen that was updated, rest of the house was nice though a little dated. The location is great very close to parks without being in the chaos of 192

"Steven’s place was AMAZING!!! I recommend this Airbnb for families. It was spacious and clean! I had an issue with the heater at 3am and Steven responded immediately was ready to have someone come look at it the next day. He even mentioned my children and how important it was to keep them warm! I would definitely book this Airbnb again.
