Welcome to Epic Grand Reserve Escape, a one-of-a-kind 5-bedroom retreat tucked inside the exclusive, gated Grand Reserve community. Designed for families who want more than just a place to stay, this home delivers an unforgettable blend of themed fun, upscale comfort, and laid-back vacation vibes from the moment you arrive.

Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by a bright, open living space built for gathering. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee before the parks or winding down after a full day of adventure, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected and comfortable.

What truly sets this home apart are the incredible themed bedrooms. Kids and adults alike will be amazed by the hand-crafted designs, including a vibrant Encanto-inspired room and a beautifully detailed Moana-themed escape. Every space has been thoughtfully created to bring imagination to life and make your stay feel truly special.

Entertainment is everywhere you turn. The beach-themed game room is perfect for friendly competition with a pool table and air hockey, while additional themed spaces throughout the home offer unique places to relax and recharge. Upstairs, the loft has been transformed into a private king retreat, giving you a quiet space to unwind at the end of the day.

Step outside and discover your own private oasis. The covered, southwest-facing pool area offers one of the most secluded outdoor spaces in the community—perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, enjoying a refreshing swim, or relaxing poolside with your favorite drink. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and can be arranged prior to your stay so everything is ready when you arrive.

Located just a short drive from Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, you’ll have easy access to all of Orlando’s top attractions while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a gated retreat.

Looking to add even more fun to your stay? Ask our team about discounted tickets to Island H2O Water Park—a guest favorite and a great way to mix in an extra day of excitement. A flyer with a QR code will also be available in the home for easy access.

To make your stay even more convenient, we offer early check-in and late check-out for $50 each (subject to availability), as well as grill rentals upon request.

For your safety and transparency, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry and monitors the exterior entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

"We stayed her for two months and loved it. I particularly liked that the host was super responsive, always answering quickly and usually able to resolve the issue. The location was perfect for our needs, and the neighborhood (gated) private enough to feel secure walking around the area. To note, there is no one at the gate - you simply need the code to get through. Be sure to use the # before the number to make it work. One of the best in-home pools we've ever had. Good size and deep enough for even the tallest person to enjoy. The Disney touches were, of course, a highlight, as well as well as the game room and garage, which the kids used extensively.

"The place was very spacious. The kids had so much to do with the pool and game rooms. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were good and the pillows were soft. Nice community Close to everything. Would stay there again. We have no complaints. It was perfect and just what we needed for a week vacation.

"We used and enjoyed the pool very much. Nevertheless, we would had preferred it to have been a little cleaner in the pool area. There were quite a few small ants and other insects. The house was big and nice, and we liked that there were so many bathrooms. The kids liked the gameroom. Large kitchen and many places to sit and eat, and many places to sit and relax. Thanks too Steven who let us stay in this house!

AMAZING DISNEY EXPERIENCE

"We scheduled a last minute trip Disney! This property was recently renovated and it was absolutely immaculate! From the Themed rooms my children loved, the space, the amenities, game room, enclosed heated pool! I will definitely be returning to this property and taking my children to Disney again! They felt like they were at Disney resort without paying the insane cost of Disney resorts! We had the space of our own private pool and so much to do! Only 15 minutes from Disney parks! I cannot recommend this property enough! Even the operations manager of the property was so communicative and friendly! She got us everything we needed to have a great stay!
