Welcome to EPIC Playhouse Villa, where family fun reaches new heights! This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is designed to thrill kids and adults alike with endless entertainment and stylish comfort. From secret playrooms to commercial-grade arcades, every detail is built for adventure.

Kids will go wild for the custom-built bunk bedroom, featuring full-size bunk beds, play tubes, a spiral slide, and a hidden secret playroom—perfect for hours of imaginative play. The Space Room inspires young explorers with a life-sized astronaut, fiber-optic “shooting stars” on the ceiling, and a magical cosmic atmosphere.

The home is an arcade paradise with commercial-grade machines for all ages, including:

"We had a great stay! The home is spacious, and our kids loved it. One feature that deserves more attention is how child-friendly it is. The pool has a safety gate with a high lift latch, and the sliding doors to the pool have an additional bar lock. We traveled with our 4-year-old nonverbal autistic nephew, so water safety was a huge priority, and those features gave us real peace of mind. He also loved the living room projector! The arcade room was a hit, everything worked, and there were plenty of towels. The lights and remotes take a minute to learn, but our kids figured them out before we did. Our only suggestion would be a second outdoor trash can, the neighborhood raccoons are persistent if a bag sticks up. Overall, it's a wonderful, family-friendly home that we'd happily stay in again.

"Fun long weekend getaway here with family and kids. The rooms are decorated so fun for the kids appealing to both Disney and universal guests with the minion room and the princess castle room. The arcade was amazing with great surround sound to listen to music and really have a fun time. The pool was nice with a view of golf course. Very walkable location and only 20min to Disney. Def will stay again

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with fun themed rooms that made the experience unique and memorable. The arcade was a huge highlight and provided hours of entertainment for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of our stay. There were a few concerns regarding the pool heating. We were initially informed about additional heating costs after booking, which caused some confusion. At one point, someone came to the property to turn the heat off, stating we had not responded to messages, although I had sent three messages without reply. After speaking with a representative, she was helpful and assured us the heat would remain on, making sure we were satisfied. One suggestion for future guests is to bring basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and seasonings, as only cookware is provided. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable stay with minor communication issues.

"Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this home over Christmas. There were a couple of minor hiccups at the beginning, but Steven was extremely responsive and quick to help resolve everything for my family. We truly enjoyed our stay, the home is spacious, well-equipped, and the amenities, especially the arcade, were a huge hit. Only recommendation I would say is to have instructions on how to work the sound system and TVs as some of the TVs in the house was very hard to work. Anyone who rents this home will absolutely love it. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!
