Welcome to Epic Reunion Golfside Retreat, a beautifully reimagined 4-bedroom luxury home set within the prestigious Reunion Resort. Overlooking the golf course and thoughtfully remodeled from top to bottom, this home offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort, privacy, and effortless vacation living just minutes from Walt Disney World®.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a bright, modern interior featuring brand-new furnishings, fresh finishes, and an open layout designed for connection. The main living space flows seamlessly between the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen—creating the perfect setting for everything from morning coffee to relaxed evenings after a day at the parks.

The fully updated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a full family dinner. Upstairs, a spacious loft provides an additional gathering space, ideal for games, movie nights, or simply unwinding together.

The home comfortably sleeps families and groups with a thoughtful layout designed for both privacy and flexibility. The ground-floor king master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a private en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer single-level living. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional king suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a fun, family-friendly bunk room featuring full-size bunks with a twin trundle—perfect for kids to relax and recharge after a full day of adventure. Select rooms offer beautiful views overlooking the golf course, adding to the serene atmosphere of the home.

Step outside into your own private courtyard oasis. The secluded pool area is tucked away for maximum privacy, giving you a peaceful place to soak up the Florida sun, cool off with a swim, or unwind in the evening. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and can be arranged prior to your arrival so everything is ready when you get there.

While this home does not include access to Reunion’s private waterpark or golf membership, guests can still enjoy the community’s dining options, including 7592 Chophouse, Traditions, and the Grande Lobby Sushi Bar, along with access to additional community pools throughout the resort. Even better—there are no resort fees required for your stay.

Looking to add even more fun to your vacation? Ask our team about discounted tickets to Island H2O Water Park—a guest favorite and a perfect addition to your Orlando itinerary. A flyer with a QR code will also be available in the home for easy access.

Located just 15 minutes from Disney and close to all of Orlando’s top attractions, this home gives you the best of both worlds—easy access to the excitement and a quiet, luxurious space to return to at the end of the day.

Please note: There is a long-term tenant in the apartment above the garage. This does not impact your privacy, and the pool and main home remain fully private for guest use.

"My family thoroughly enjoyed Steven's place. It was close to both Universal and Disney. Another bonus was that it was also very close to restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores. "It was a great clean house. We paid extra to warm up the pool and it was totally worth it. We enjoyed it very much... We struggled figuring out the house door because it's on the back, you have to go through the pool area. I taught the garage was were we needed to go in, but no that's an apartment up there that is separate from the house. Our stay was phenomenal just wanted to mention that so hopefully future visitors know where to go. We had so much fun...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home as a great place to stay. We had only one issue which was that all the bedrooms but one had no dresser drawers. Since we were there for 6 weeks it made for a storage challenge to say the least. To anyone who stays at this home-take our word you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

"The house is in an excellent location with an easy drive to the theme parks. We were very happy with the ammount of space the house provided. Even with 12 people ( 7 adults and 5 children) everyone had plenty of privacy. And having 6.5 bathrooms was amazing! The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the outside seating area making it easy to keep our eyes on them. Steven was very responsive to my questions and made check in and check out a breeze!

"This is our second time staying in this beautiful, comfortable and perfect vacation rental and we cannot wait to come back. It truly feels like home. Whether we are sipping coffee on the back patio and watching golfers, basking in the sun by the private pool, curled up on the comfortable couch or cooking in the kitchen, we are having the best time! We love the area and how easy it is to visit the parks, or local restaurants. Finally, the decor was a welcomed reminder that we are on vacation in the sunshine state. Delightful and classy!
