The Space

Step into an inviting and spacious getaway designed for comfort, style, and family fun. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, this two-story home offers generous living spaces, upgraded bedrooms, and a private outdoor oasis—perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing escape close to Orlando’s top attractions.

The front porch welcomes you with two comfortable chairs and a small table, shaded in the afternoons for breezy relaxation. Inside, the entry opens to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, convenient for guests spending time between the pool and the main living areas.

The front king master provides a peaceful retreat with a 55" wall-mounted smart TV, LED ceiling fan, corner seating, and an ensuite featuring double vanities, a corner soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower. A nearby queen bedroom includes its own wall-mounted smart TV.

The main level blends the kitchen, dining room, and living space into a warm, open-concept layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, Nespresso, standard coffee maker, toaster oven, and four-slice toaster. Bar seating for three complements the dining table for eight. The living room features a large leather sectional, two lounge chairs, a 55" wall-mounted smart TV, and an LED ceiling fan.

A dedicated laundry room with counter space adds convenience for extended stays.

The fenced-in pool area is designed for full days of outdoor enjoyment. A built-in grill and counter create a small outdoor kitchen area ideal for casual meals. Guests can dine at the outdoor table for six or relax on the sofa under the wall-mounted TV. The large pool deck includes four lounge chairs, additional seating, and a pool with spillover spa and basketball hoop. A pool alarm is active for added safety. Pool heat is available for a nominal fee and is recommended during cooler months.

Upstairs, a spacious loft serves as an extra hangout zone with a pool table, sectional, 60" smart TV, ceiling fan, and a cozy reading nook. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower sits just off the loft.

Three upstairs bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. A king bedroom with a blue bed includes a 42" smart TV, ceiling fan, and corner chair. Another king bedroom offers a 42" smart TV, leather corner chair, ceiling fan, and changing benches, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the twin/twin bedroom. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes separate vanities and a tub/shower combo. The twin/twin room features its own 42" smart TV, ceiling fan, and corner chair.

Please note that this home does not include access to Reunion’s private waterpark or members-only golf courses. However, as part of your stay, you’ll have access to discounted tickets to Island H2O Water Park—a popular nearby option for families looking to add a full day of water park fun. Golf enthusiasts can often secure tee times at Reunion and other top-rated local courses through the GolfNow app, along with many excellent public courses just minutes away.

Sparkling Court Retreat delivers a comfortable, easygoing, and well-appointed home base for your next Orlando stay—complete with multiple gathering spaces, a private pool area, and room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time together.

For your safety and transparency, exterior security cameras, including a Ring doorbell at the front entry, monitor the outside areas of the home only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.

"We had such a beautiful stay here and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The property was spotless, incredibly well looked after, and felt so peaceful and private. Communication throughout was amazing — so quick, helpful, and friendly, which made everything so easy and stress-free. You can really tell how much care has gone into this place. "Our third March Break stay at this incredible Airbnb in Reunion Resort, and once again it exceeded every expectation. Steven is an outstanding host: responsive, thoughtful, and truly accommodating from start to finish. My family absolutely loves this home. It’s spotless, smells fresh, and is beautifully decorated it genuinely feels like a luxury getaway. One of the standout features for me is the beds. Every single one is incredibly comfortable. I sleep like a baby here, which says a lot because I usually struggle to sleep in hotel beds! The house looks exactly like the photos if not better. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (though I’ll jokingly say a margarita mixer would make it perfect ). The pool and spa are fantastic, with perfectly heated water just the way my family likes it. The backyard is very private :) It really allows us to relax and enjoy ourselves fully. Another great touch was the regular pool maintenance. This place is 5 ⭐️
