Step into a world of adventure and enchantment at Mystic Hollow Retreat, a vacation home crafted for families who dream big, play hard, and love to explore. From the moment you open the front door, the magic begins. Sunlight fills the open living area, where your eyes are drawn past the cozy sofas and 70-inch smart TV to the sparkling private pool just outside. The kitchen, designed for gatherings and laughter, offers plenty of space for preparing meals or enjoying breakfast together, with a gas range and built-in skillet ready for everything from pancakes to pasta. The dining table comfortably seats eight, making every meal a shared moment.

Step outside, and the backyard transforms into your own private oasis. The heated pool and spillover spa beckon for a refreshing dip, while four lounge chairs invite sun-filled relaxation. A covered seating area with its own ceiling fan creates the perfect spot for storytelling, afternoon snacks, or simply enjoying the gentle Florida breeze.

For the young adventurers, the magic begins downstairs in the custom double-decker bunk room. Inspired by fantastical journeys, a custom-built bus holds two twin beds, surrounded by murals and artwork that transport children into a storybook world. Here, imagination runs wild and every night feels like a new chapter waiting to be explored.

Adults have their own sanctuary in the downstairs king master bedroom, with a desk, 42-inch smart TV, and a modern ceiling fan keeping the room cool. The walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your treasures, and the en suite bath is a luxurious escape, featuring a double vanity, a custom shower with bench seating and dual showerheads, and a private water closet.

The true crown jewel of the home is the custom movie theater and game room, a space that feels like stepping onto the set of a galactic adventure. Two-tiered theater seating invites the whole family to settle in, while gaming chairs give the little ones their own command center. An 86-inch wall-mounted smart TV brings movies and shows to life, and the multi-cade arcade machine and air hockey table ensure endless challenges and laughter. With its own AC unit, this room remains a cool retreat no matter how high the excitement climbs.

Upstairs, the magic continues with four additional bedrooms and a loft. The loft is a cozy hub, with a 60-inch smart TV, leather sofa, and a sense that something extraordinary might be hiding behind ordinary walls. And indeed, it is. A bookshelf conceals a secret doorway, opening into a hidden bunk room designed to delight and amaze. Two custom bunks with four twin beds await, ready for young explorers to disappear into their own private world. A wall-mounted smart TV allows them to wind down with a favorite show as the story of the day draws to a close.

The front and back king bedrooms upstairs provide comfort and privacy for adults, each with a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, and seating for relaxation. Modern bathrooms with tub/shower combos ensure convenience and ease for the entire family.

High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, while a full set of towels and linens is provided so you can travel light and fully immerse yourself in the adventure. Keyless entry makes arrivals and departures seamless, so the story begins the moment you arrive.

Located just across the street from the Homestead community pool and a short stroll or drive to the Cove at Seven Eagles—with its zero-entry pool, pool bar, arcade, and gym—Mystic Hollow Retreat combines privacy with access to incredible family amenities. While the home doesn’t include access to the waterpark or golf, H2O Waterpark is only a few miles away, and Reunion’s golf courses are often available to the public through the GolfNow app during the summer.

"This place was amazing. The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and it was beyond my expectations. Sheets and towels were all white and without any stains. The fresh towels were wrapped in plastic which I liked. Everything was so clean and in order. The house is classy, yet had some fun themed rooms that my kids enjoyed. Even the pool was spotless. We felt very safe in this gated golf community. The house was set up for us to get started with our stay (toilet paper, a couple detergent pods, beach towels, water bottles and some snacks upon arrival. Communication was easy with quick responses. This will be our “go to” for our Florida trips!!

"Steven's place was amazing! The property and design was exactly as described and looked even better in person. The house is massive and everyone had plenty of personal room. Check in was a breeze. Steven was gracious enough to let our adult son check in several hours early since his flight arrived so early. We had a few minor hiccups upon arrival, but Steven took action immediately and took care of everything. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. If you plan on making meals you will have everything you need. All of the remodeled restrooms are very nice and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The media room was AMAZING! We all enjoyed the games and the comfortable media chairs. The clubhouse and gym are great as well. We did not get a chance to use many of the other amenities at Reunion. We have stayed in Reunion before at other properties. We have now found our favorite home with Steven's place. We will definitely be back for our next visit. Steven is a great host!

"We had a great time! We reached out to Steven a couple of times. He was very responsive and attentive. The movie theater room was really neat. We had several movie nights in there. The hot tub heats up really nicely so that was a relaxing way to spend the evenings. The kids’ rooms with the bunk beds were so cute! The hidden door behind the bookcase was cool. We would definitely stay here again!

"Everything was nice. A beautiful house. We had a spectacular stay. I just recommend checking the air conditioning very carefully because we spent two nights in the heat. The first night, we didn't say anything because we realized it late and thought it was the outside heat. But the second night, the air was not felt at all. It was bad. Everything else was fine.

"Had a great time at Steven’s home! House was sparkling clean! Everything in the house that you need, from pool towels to kitchen appliances and everything that a house needs! Place was awesome! "Where do I start?! Listing photos don’t do the experience justice! I loveeeeeeeeee that the clean towels come wrapped! It eases peace of mind of knowing your items are actually clean and minimizes exposure! We stayed with a group of 8. There was more than enough space! There were pool toys and beach towels! "Home was beautiful and as described/pictured. Steven was great with responding quickly with any questions! Clear instructions. Not far to travel to universal or Disney took us 20-25 mins even with busy roads. Area the home is in is secured and a great location. Pool and Hottub were perfect. "This was the most beautiful home to stay in! The house was beautifully decorated with everything we could expect to need! The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax in after a long day and the theater/game room was so nice! We had a group of 11. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. Even with 5 showers running at the same time we never ran out of hot water. We were so pleased with the cost of the stay! We would have expected to pay much more for the size of this house.
