Welcome to Epic Entertainment Retreat, a beautifully updated six-bedroom home inside the gates of Reunion Resort where every space has been designed for making memories. Whether you're floating in the private pool, enjoying family movie night in your own theater, or watching the kids race down the spiral slide in the custom Minions bedroom, this is more than just a place to stay—it's part of the vacation itself.

Built around a private courtyard, the home offers the perfect balance of luxury and fun. The sparkling swimming pool and spillover spa create your own backyard oasis, complete with plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sunshine. A removable child safety fence provides added peace of mind for families traveling with little ones, and pool heat is available for $30 per night for those cooler evenings. If you'd like to cook outdoors, a BBQ grill can be added to your reservation for an additional fee.

As you step inside the main home, the fun begins immediately. The front game room welcomes everyone with a full-size pool table, the classic NBA Jam arcade game, and a 70-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect space for friendly competition before heading to the parks or winding down at the end of the day.

Just beyond, the home opens into a bright and spacious living area that has been thoughtfully updated for gathering together. A custom shiplap entertainment wall with a built-in electric fireplace anchors the room, while an impressive 86-inch Smart TV and oversized sectional sofa provide the perfect setting for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing after an unforgettable day exploring Orlando.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while meals are prepared. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered lanai where you'll enjoy peaceful golf course views—a wonderful place to start your morning with coffee or unwind after sunset.

The first-floor king suite offers a quiet retreat with a large Smart TV and private ensuite bathroom, making it an excellent option for grandparents or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully furnished king bedrooms that share access to a covered balcony overlooking the golf course. The loft has been designed especially for younger guests with toys, two gaming TVs, and a PlayStation 4, creating a fun second living space where kids and teens can enjoy their own hangout.

Then there's the room every child hopes they'll get.

The custom Minions-themed bunk room is truly one of a kind, featuring six beds, colorful custom artwork, adventure tunnels, and an unforgettable spiral slide that turns bedtime into an adventure. Complete with its own private bathroom, it's a space that children will remember long after the vacation ends.

Just across the courtyard sits what has quickly become everyone's favorite room.

The detached entertainment lounge has been completely transformed into an incredible private theater and game room. A massive 98-inch Smart TV paired with immersive Dolby surround sound delivers an amazing viewing experience for everything from family movie nights to the big game. Elevated theater seating provides every guest with a great view, while the oversized sectional offers plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

The entertainment continues with two dedicated 55-inch gaming TVs, a commercial-quality air hockey table, a multicade arcade loaded with classic favorites, and a pub table for snacks, drinks, or cheering on the competition. It's the kind of space where family tournaments begin—and where everyone ends up spending more time than they expected.

Above the theater is a private guest apartment that adds even more flexibility for larger groups. Complete with a kitchenette, two queen beds, and a separate king bedroom, it's an ideal retreat for grandparents, another family, or anyone looking for a little extra privacy during their stay.

The location is just as impressive as the home itself. Families love being directly across the street from Liberty Bluff Playground, making it easy for the kids to burn off some extra energy without ever getting in the car.

While this home does not include access to Reunion's private water park, guests are welcome to enjoy several beautiful community pools throughout the resort, including the popular Cove at Seven Eagles, featuring a resort-style pool, fitness center, and poolside bar. For even more water-filled fun, discounted admission to nearby Island H2O Water Park is also available for guests.

Golf enthusiasts should note that membership access is not included with the home. However, Reunion tee times are often available during the summer through GolfNow, and Central Florida offers dozens of outstanding public golf courses just a short drive away.
