The Space

Welcome to your relaxing family retreat in Reunion Resort, perfectly positioned just steps from the community pool and offering an incredible golf view right from the back patio. This townhome combines comfort, convenience, and a picture-perfect setting, making it an ideal place to unwind after days of adventure.

Inside, the layout is designed with families in mind. The first floor features a spacious king master suite, offering privacy and easy access for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two full beds. These rooms are connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, allowing everyone to settle in comfortably.

From the patio, the sweeping golf course view creates a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening relaxation. And with the community pool right next door, it’s easy for the whole family to enjoy sunny afternoons without ever needing to hop in the car.

During your stay, you’ll have access to several community pools, including the popular Seven Eagles Cove. This area features a zero-entry pool, pool bar, arcade, and gym, providing plenty of entertainment options just moments from your door. Please note that this property does not include access to Reunion’s water park or its private onsite golf courses. However, the resort sits in the heart of the golf capital of the world, with countless nearby courses to choose from. During the summer months, Reunion’s courses can also be booked by the public through GolfNow. For even more family fun, the home is just a few miles from the H2O Water Park, making it easy to add a splash of excitement to your vacation.

"As described, this is a 2 story townhouse with one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor The ground floor has a nice living room and dining room with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. The patio overlooks the green of the 11th hole of the Palmer course. (Strangely, the modern fridge doesn’t have an ice maker) The neighborhood pool and hot tub are a few minutes walk and the pool is nicely heated and very pleasant. The unit comes with a pass to enter the gated resort and another one for the many pools. There are also 2 keys to use for looking the front door. During our stay, the upstairs heating failed and maintenance had to be called in and changed the ancient looking thermostat to a new modern one with a screen control. The ground floor thermostat is still that same old style and should be upgraded to the new one before it fails also. Overall this was an enjoyable stay at a premier resort with high end golf.
