The Space

There is something especially relaxing about beginning the morning with coffee on a covered patio while looking across the rolling greens of Reunion Resort. At this spacious three-bedroom retreat, you can enjoy the beauty and atmosphere of a resort vacation while still having all the room and privacy of a home.

Recently refreshed with new flooring and interior paint, the condo feels bright, clean and welcoming throughout. With more than 2,000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for up to six guests to spread out without losing the comfortable, connected feeling that makes a family vacation special.

The main living area is open and inviting, bringing the kitchen, dining room and living room together in one shared space. After a day at the theme parks, sink into the sofas for a movie, gather around the dining table for dinner or step through the French doors and let the Florida evening slow everything down.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space and bar seating. Whether you are preparing a complete family dinner or simply grabbing breakfast before heading to Disney, everything is close and convenient.

The covered ground-floor patio may become your favorite part of the home. It looks out across the beautifully maintained golf course, creating a peaceful setting for morning coffee, an afternoon drink or a quiet conversation after the children have gone to bed.

When it is time to recharge, three comfortable bedrooms give everyone their own space. One bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. Upstairs, the spacious queen suite features high ceilings and its own sitting area, while the third bedroom offers two separate beds that work well for children, friends or extended family. Televisions are available throughout the home for easy downtime between adventures.

The home also includes two full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom. Spacious vanities—including an upstairs dual-sink vanity—help make busy mornings easier when everyone is getting ready at once.

During your stay, you can enjoy access to the community pool, complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking. "As described, this is a 2 story townhouse with one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor The ground floor has a nice living room and dining room with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. The patio overlooks the green of the 11th hole of the Palmer course. (Strangely, the modern fridge doesn’t have an ice maker) The neighborhood pool and hot tub are a few minutes walk and the pool is nicely heated and very pleasant. The unit comes with a pass to enter the gated resort and another one for the many pools. There are also 2 keys to use for looking the front door. During our stay, the upstairs heating failed and maintenance had to be called in and changed the ancient looking thermostat to a new modern one with a screen control. The ground floor thermostat is still that same old style and should be upgraded to the new one before it fails also. Overall this was an enjoyable stay at a premier resort with high end golf.
