The Space

Welcome to Epic Reunion SkyLoft Townhome, a beautifully appointed five-bedroom retreat located within Reunion Resort and thoughtfully designed for families and groups seeking comfort, space, and elevated outdoor living. Spanning the second and third floors, this townhome features two separate entry points—one via stairs and another directly from the elevator—offering both privacy and convenience from the moment you arrive.

The main living level showcases an open-concept layout with a spacious sectional and leather accent chair centered around a 65” smart TV, creating a relaxed space for movie nights or downtime after a day of adventure. The kitchen is well equipped for anything from quick breakfasts to full family meals, featuring a gas stove, ample counter space, bar seating for three, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. A convenient half bath is located just off the living area.

Three bedrooms are located on this level, making it ideal for multi-generational groups. Two queen bedrooms, each with wall-mounted smart TVs and LED ceiling fans, share a full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The primary king suite on this floor offers a private ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and a closet with a laptop safe for added peace of mind.

Upstairs, the loft provides a second gathering space with foosball, a 60” wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the rooftop balcony. This elevated outdoor space is a standout feature, complete with a dining table for eight and lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening meals under the Florida sky. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo is located just off the loft.

Two additional bedrooms complete the upper level: a queen bedroom with wall-mounted smart TV and LED ceiling fan, and a second king master suite featuring a private bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet—offering comfort and privacy for couples traveling together.

Guests of Epic Reunion SkyLoft Townhome enjoy access to Seven Eagles Cove, one of Reunion’s most popular resort pool areas, known for its zero-entry pool, relaxed atmosphere, pool bar, and nearby fitness center. In addition, guests may enjoy six other neighborhood pools located throughout the resort. Reunion Resort also offers an outdoor fitness trail, multiple playgrounds for kids, and several on-site dining options spread throughout the community.

Please note that this home does not include access to the Reunion waterpark or the Spectrum pool. However, we provide exclusive promotional options for Island H2O Water Park, located just about five miles away. Golf lovers will also find no shortage of nearby courses, and tee times at Reunion are often available seasonally through the GolfNow app.

"House is Beautiful. the host Steven responses very quickly and very welcoming. Very quite. Only 1 complaint, there is not adequate parking in front or your house but there is parking in a lot out front.
