From the moment you step inside, this home tells a story—one designed for families and groups who want more than just a place to stay, but a destination in itself. Set within a resort-style community near Orlando’s world-famous attractions, the home blends playful design with high-end finishes and thoughtfully crafted spaces built for connection.

As you enter the home, guests are immediately welcomed beneath a stunning, oversized hanging chandelier that sets the tone for what lies ahead. This dramatic first impression delivers an instant sense of luxury and arrival, opening into a grand layout that feels both elegant and inviting. The main living level unfolds into a bright, open living area anchored by two oversized leather sectional sofas, an electric fireplace, and a wall-mounted 85" smart TV. A giant wall-controlled ceiling fan adds both comfort and visual impact, creating a space that’s perfect for gathering day or night. Just off the living room, a dedicated wet bar makes entertaining effortless, featuring a countertop ice maker mini fridge, a sink, generous cabinet storage, and plenty of room to keep drinks flowing.

The kitchen is truly built for chefs and large gatherings alike. Dual refrigerators and dual dishwashers make feeding a crowd seamless, while the gas stove, multiple coffee makers, and expansive counter space ensure functionality never sacrifices style. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is designed for shared moments, offering two large matching dining tables with seating for sixteen, plus additional bar seating for four at the kitchen island.

These main living spaces open directly to the expansive outdoor retreat, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend seamlessly. Step onto the pool deck and take in peaceful views overlooking the 12th hole of the Nicklaus Course. The large swimming pool features a spillover spa, with pool heat available for a nominal fee to ensure comfort year-round. Under the covered lanai, guests will find a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fans, and an outdoor kitchen area complete with a sink and mini fridge, making it easy to spend entire days enjoying the Florida sunshine. Covered outdoor dining provides the perfect setting for family meals, while a convenient poolside half bath allows for easy changes and restroom access. As evening sets in, the outdoor firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs becomes the ideal place to unwind under the stars.

Downstairs entertainment continues inside with a game room that rivals many commercial arcades. Guests can enjoy multiple commercial-grade arcade games, challenge each other at air hockey or basketball, jump into ride-on racing games, or settle in at the Xbox gaming station for immersive play. Directly across from the game room is the Space Suite, a retro space-travel inspired bedroom featuring a custom accent wall and wall-mounted smart TV, offering a playful yet private retreat.

The main level also features several immersive king suites, each offering a distinct experience. The Princess Suite feels straight out of a fairytale, complete with a chandelier, royal drapes, extra seating, and a wall-mounted smart TV styled as a magical mirror. The Deep Sea Suite delivers a nostalgic throwback with retro sea-worthy artwork, custom lighting, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The Jungle Suite takes guests on a wild safari adventure with immersive décor, detailed maps lining the walls, and a wall-mounted smart TV to complete the escape.

Upstairs, the home continues to surprise with imaginative spaces around every corner. At the top of the stairs, the Happy Haunt Suite quickly becomes one of the most talked-about rooms in the home, playfully hinting that there is always room for one more. Nearby, the Pirate Bunk Room stands as one of the most immersive bunk rooms in all of Reunion, featuring custom-built bunks that transform bedtime into a full-scale adventure. The Nature Suite drops guests straight into the Briar Patch with another custom bunk room and a slide that makes mornings just as exciting as nights.

Additional upstairs suites continue the storytelling theme throughout the home. The All Around the World Suite brings a sense of global wonder and charm and includes a wall-mounted smart TV. The Tiki Suite offers an enchanted island-inspired escape with a relaxed yet immersive feel, also featuring a wall-mounted smart TV. The Big Top Suite completes the sleeping accommodations, transporting guests back to nostalgic childhood vacations with playful circus-inspired details that spark joy and memory alike.

The upstairs loft serves as an elevated adult gaming and social space, featuring a pool table, multiple TVs, a high-top bar, wall Scrabble, shuffleboard, custom accent walls, and ample seating for gathering. The loft also provides access to an outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets, fresh Florida air, and peaceful views. Nearby, the upstairs movie theater delivers a true cinematic experience with high-end finishes, classic movie posters, tiered theater seating, and plush leather sofas designed for unforgettable movie nights.

While the home does not include access to a community waterpark, Island H2O Water Park is located just a few miles away, and our Epic team is happy to provide promo codes for discounted tickets. Golf access is not included with the home; however, Central Florida is widely regarded as one of the top golf destinations in the country, with countless courses nearby. "We stayed here with three families and had an amazing experience. The home is perfect for large groups, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather together. The game room was incredible and felt like a full arcade, it kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The bedrooms are oversized and very comfortable, and the themed kids’ rooms were a huge highlight. Our kids loved the pirate and nature bunk rooms, the creativity and detail made it feel like a true adventure. The pool and outdoor space were also fantastic for relaxing after busy days. Overall, this home is beautifully designed and ideal for families. the arcade, themed kids’ rooms, oversized living room/kitchen, and pool make this place a perfect home base We would absolutely stay here again.
