The Space

Welcome to Spectrum's newly furnished townhome in the heart of Reunion Resort, where modern style, comfortable living spaces, and an unbeatable location combine to create the perfect Central Florida getaway. Located just minutes from Walt Disney World, this beautifully updated home offers everything families and groups need for a memorable vacation.

Guests will enjoy convenient parking with a private driveway, garage parking, and additional nearby guest parking just steps from the home.

Step inside and you'll find a bright, open-concept floor plan designed for gathering and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new appliances, modern finishes, and bar seating for four, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six for meals, games, and conversation.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure, offering a spacious sectional sofa with ottomans, an impressive 86-inch Roku Smart TV, and a classic Pac-Man arcade game that is sure to bring out a little friendly competition. A large 72-inch ceiling fan helps keep the space cool and comfortable year-round.

Just outside, enjoy your own private patio with paver flooring, outdoor dining for four, and a peaceful setting that offers plenty of privacy for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

A convenient half bath is located on the first floor, while all three bedrooms are tucked away upstairs. The primary suite features a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom provides another comfortable retreat with its own Smart TV. The third bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests and includes two twin beds, one with a trundle for extra sleeping space, along with a wall-mounted Smart TV.

Also upstairs, guests will find a full-size washer and dryer as well as a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

"We booked with Steven to celebrate our youngest son turning 7 on July 4th, and this place was absolutely perfect for our trip. The pictures truly do this gem no justice it was gorgeous, super clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steven was a great host and checked in daily with a message to make sure everything was going well. I hope he didn’t think I was ignoring him we had a full itinerary for the weekend, and by the time I saw his messages, it was usually too late to respond. This is a yearly trip for our family to Florida, and after this experience, I’ll definitely be booking in advance for next year. Thank you, Steven, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!
