"Steven is a wonderful host. Steven responds quickly and is very helpful with recommendations for dining and entertainment in the area. The house was exactly as it was described. Nice and clean . Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean . Comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub was wonderful . The kids enjoyed themselves. Over at the Solara resort pool and slides were clean . The people were really nice. At the poolside bar there is a really nice worker named Adam. Adam goes above and beyond to help people . I do not know what his title is because he did so many jobs . He is the best and should be recognized and appreciated. Thank you Steven for our week at your home it was wonderful. Thank you Adam for being so nice and making the best drinks served at the poolside bar. Will definitely come back and will be staying at Steven”s again.

"We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlights of our trip, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The bedrooms was incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable beds that made it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. "I cannot say enough about the property at 9001 Egret Mills Terrace. It fabulously decorated. It smelled clean and fresh. The rooms were perfect for our family. Steven was always quick to respond to questions and possible issues. Flawless check-in and out procedures. Beautiful place, with the bonus club access. I even reached out to him to see what other properties had available for the future. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. I cannot wait to share his link with friends.

"Steven was a great host. The space was perfect for our group of 9, adults and kids. The location across from the Clubhouse, pool, playground, splash pad and gym was great! Easy to get to Disney and all the parks but the pool and hot tub on days off were the true attraction of our stay for the kiddos! Would definitely stay again.

"Steven is a very accommodating host. This was our second time staying at this particular location. We love it! It is right across the street from the clubhouse, main pool, Flow Rider, and splash area. The location is also only a short ride to the Disney parks in most cases around 25-30 minutes. We all can't wait for our next visit!

"This is a nice place inside gated community and it felt safe and right at home. We loved the close proximity to the community pool and sports amenities. Additional payment for heated swimming pool was well worth it, and we loved screen covered back porch with the hot tub.

"This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family! There was plenty to do at the resort to keep the kids entertained, and we were just a short drive from everything Orlando has to offer. Steven was an incredible host—he stayed in communication with us before and during our stay, which made everything feel smooth and welcoming. The home itself was beautifully set up for families. Once in our rooms, we couldn’t hear any noise from the rest of the house—which was such a blessing, especially with our two-year-old niece needing quiet rest. We’re so thankful to Steven for hosting us and for the amazing hospitality we experienced at the resort. Do yourself a favor—treat yourself and your family to a stay hosted by Steven. "The main issue I had was that you could see through the glass in the front door so anyone passing by could see the people in the house. When we arrived the house was not ready due to an issue with the cleaning company but the maintenance man was there getting place ready and he was very kind and did a wonderful job of cleaning.

"I booked this last minute late at night due to a previous booking with sweet home vacation being unavailable and them never contacting me!! He was very fast at responding and only took a few minutes to get access to a nice house in a great location/neighborhood . Price was reasonable and will definitely do business again in the future.
