The Space

What could be more luxurious than not only having your very own vacation home 11 miles from Disney World, but also having your private pool to enjoy? This Beautiful 4-Bedroom Pool Home by Disney provides all that and more! This home is ideally suited for up to 10 people, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Whether you’re planning a special celebration while you’re in Central Florida or you’re just in town for a fun vacation, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay here.

This 4-bedroom Orlando vacation rental features 1 master suites and 3 additional bedrooms, ideal if 2 smaller families are traveling together. You’ll also have a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room to cook and eat your meals. You can also find TVs in all the bedrooms and a amazing game room! Step into your backyard to take a dip in your private pool, and since it’s in a covered space, you can swim no matter the weather outside. Pool heat can be added for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your vacation! We also offer grill rentals!
There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee of $37.45 for 1-12 guests and $48.15 for 13 guests and up that will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

The primary person will need to provide:
•    Their reservation information which shows:
•    The rental property address.
•    Check in and check out date.
•    Number of guests.
•    Identification that matches the reservation name.
•    License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The resort will issue out a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry.

"Nice and clean house and very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and near to grocery stores and restaurants. Resort like pool amenities has a separate fee to enter.

"Steven’s house was a great stay for my family, it was beautiful and clean. Steven was quick to respond and very helpful. It was a quiet area, my family enjoyed taking walks and riding bikes in the area. The resort with the community pool, lazy river, water slide and spa was a big hit for us, we spent multiple days there. The game room was fun for all of us. Would definitely stay here again!

"We stayed at Steven’s place this year for our family vacation. There was in total 9 of us and the house accommodated all of us perfectly. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was beautiful! The pool was a great temperature the whole time and the amenities on the resort were a bonus! The house came with everything we needed to live for the week! I highly recommend Steven and this home! Steven was also super helpful and quick to respond! We will be coming back!

"Just returned from this property and it was great for us as a family of 4. Very clean, exactly as described and the communication was top class. One issue however was the pool - very cold in April (unusable) and the price to put the heating on was substantially higher than we thought it would be meaning we didn’t use the pool which is a real shame because that’s one of the main reasons why we booked this property. I can’t see it on the listing but maybe it is worth showing the price to heat the pool in the listing? Other than that absolutely wonderful property and would recommend!

"The house was perfect for our family! I was scared at first as there was no review, but we love Solterra and the listing looked great, safe to say we were very pleased! Absolutely love that there is no carpet, it is all one level specially with young kiddos. One master bed was on one side of the house and all others on the other so my parents were able to have some quietness from the kids. The property was clean and we appreciated the extras (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher pods) there are enough towels for everyone and more, extra bedding, extra pillows, utensils/plates/kids plates enough! Communication with the property manager was above and beyond from previous experiences. As soon as we sent a message we were answered within the hour. Check-in was a breeze. The pool was the best part, filter was fixed as soon as we reported the issue, pool heat was perfect and lounge chairs and outdoor furniture were great! It is about a 8 min walk to the clubhouse, we love to walk around the neighbourhood. Definitely recommend this property for families with young kiddos! Thanks Epic properties for the lovely stay!
