"We were 14 people (11 adults and 3 children) who spend 3 nights at that place. It was a great experience! The rooms are well distributed, house was clean and in great conditions. I wished I did not have the pool heated. We did not enjoy it because of that. But the overall experience surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this place.

"We just wrapped up an amazing week at Steven’s Airbnb and couldn’t have asked for a better host. He was incredibly responsive, respectful, and jumped on anything that needed fixing right away. While a few things could use updating, the house was spotless, bug-free, and the beds were unbelievably comfy. We had a big family with 3 kids under 6 and a service dog, and we all loved the themed rooms and game room—it truly felt like home away from home. The dog-friendly community was a huge plus. When we arrived it was loud with kids playing, but by night it was quiet and peaceful. Only downside was the broken gates at Storey Lake all week, which was frustrating for a gated community. But Joe, the resort driver, was amazing—highly recommend his service to the water park. Great drinks, no driving stress, and priceless memories. At $4,000 for the week, it was a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. Thank you, Steven, for being a superior host!

"The communication on the run up to our holiday was very good and reassuring. Especially since we were arriving 3/4 days post hurricane. Our check in email link wouldn’t work even though it was sent numerous times so I had to call on arrival. This was very quickly sorted out. The photo’s of this villa do not do it justice. It was huge and more than enough room for 14. The kids were delighted with the themed rooms (as were the adults). The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry facilities were great. We also loved the pool and the games room. We had a blocked toilet and all it took was to message epic and it was fixed before we even got home that afternoon so no complaints here. We also had a late check out which was very reasonably charged and helped us massively. Never had any issues with parking. The villa is situated very conveniently with supermarkets and some restaurants within walking distance. It was really easy to get to all the theme parks too (we had hire cars) My only nag is that the gate to the resort was very rarely working and in fact were repaired twice while we were there and so there was lots of cars tailgating. Probably not the most secure of resort gates, however, at no point did we feel unsafe. Overall we had an amazing holiday made even better by the villa and I cannot recommend them enough. I would absolutely use them again and have recommended to family and friends.

"Great house. Plenty of room for 14 ppl. Had 2 extra bedrooms. Even though we had a big crew the rooms are still quiet and separate from any noise. Pool area was enjoyed by all the kids and hot tub by the parents. Location was great too. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The water park was great as well. Very little effort had to be done to fully enjoy our stay.
