Welcome to Epic Storey Lake Luxe Splash Retreat, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome where modern luxury meets family-friendly comfort in one of Orlando’s most sought-after resort communities.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept layout filled with stylish finishes, sleek furnishings, and an inviting atmosphere designed for both relaxation and connection. The spacious living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to laid-back dinners at home.

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with a thoughtful sleeping layout. Two elegant king bedrooms provide a relaxing retreat for adults, while the kids’ rooms bring a touch of fun and imagination to the stay. One features full-size bunk beds, while the other offers two twin beds—both designed with subtle Disney-inspired touches that make every night part of the adventure.

Step outside to your private splash pool, a rare and peaceful retreat with solid privacy walls on either side—creating a more secluded and relaxing outdoor experience than most townhomes. Whether you’re cooling off after a day at the parks or enjoying a quiet evening swim, this space is designed for easy enjoyment. A BBQ grill is also available for guest use (propane refill and cleaning are the responsibility of the guest). Pool heat is available for $30 per day and can be arranged prior to your stay.

As a guest of Storey Lake Resort, you’ll have access to an incredible lineup of amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, and a covered tiki bar for poolside drinks. The community also features a fitness center, mini golf, basketball and volleyball courts, and even kayak rentals on the scenic lake—offering something for everyone in your group.

For your safety and transparency, exterior security cameras, including a Ring doorbell at the front entry, monitor the outside areas of the home only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.

"I genuinely cannot say just how wonderful this townhome was! Perfect location - only 10 minutes to Disney and around 25 to SeaWorld/Universal. The home itself is stunning. Deceptively large and beautifully decorated, with everything you’d want inside. The pool is large enough for children to swim and play in. The beds are HUGE and so comfortable! Steven was a fantastic host. Super responsive and nothing was ever too much. His instructions were clear and he was really friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be booking another stay very soon! Storey Lake really is an ideal location and this townhome is just stunning. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you so much for having us stay in your beautiful home!
