Located just off HWY 192, you’ll be less than 15 minutes from the magical gates of Walt Disney World, ensuring you’re always close to all the excitement and fun.

Our condo offers a peaceful deck where you can unwind after a day of adventure, and as part of a fantastic gated community, you’ll have access to multiple resort-style pools, exciting kids' play areas, and well-maintained tennis courts. The area is packed with entertainment options, including Sunset Walk and H2O Island Oasis Waterpark, making it a perfect base for exploring all that Kissimmee has to offer.

Walt Disney World property is just 4 miles away, and other area attractions such as Legoland 34 miles away, Universal Studios 18 miles away, SeaWorld 15 miles away, and plenty of shopping and dining opportunities are just a short drive away as well.

"Had a great stay at this place! The house was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The location was super convenient—close to everything we needed for our trip, so we didn’t have to drive far for food, groceries, or attractions. Communication was smooth throughout, and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the Kissimmee area.

"The place is just like the photos, 20 minutes from Disney and 40 minutes from Universal. Steven was very attentive when we needed him, which was just for questions. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can relax, and it's close to everything (parks, food, Walmart, etc.). The house is as shown in the photos and very clean, with the necessary kitchen items. I don't drop everything for the first few days. Overall an excellent experience.

"The space was large, very comfortable, and quiet. The condominium is beautiful, and it’s easy to get in and out. We had some issues with the apartment’s cleanliness when we arrived, but Steven was proactive and quickly addressed all our requests. It’s very comfortable and spacious for a family stay—I recommend it!

"The area is very quiet—peaceful and good for resting. It’s a safe neighborhood, with a forest behind the house. You need a car for shopping. The house isn’t new, but it is comfortable. There’s parking right at the door. The kitchen is well-equipped. The heating is a bit noisy, but it worked very well during these cold days.

"The house was exactly as advertised, extremely well located for those going to the Disney parks, and still close to Universal and downtown Orlando. The bedrooms and beds were impeccable, the bathrooms were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The heating system worked well—we had a few unexpectedly cold days (around 4°C) and were very comfortable inside the house. The property is safe and easy to access, both the community and the house.

"Excellent location, very close to all Orlando parks by car. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, everything works great. The beds have already been used considerably and become uncomfortable, especially for extended stays, for people with back problems or older people. Otherwise, totally recommended.

"Very nice house, very comfortable room and Steven was always very attentive. We had a problem with the stove and he resolved it quickly. As a suggestion, we just mentioned that they should provide more kitchenware items in the kitchen (mugs, pots, etc.), but it had everything we needed.

"Great place to stay. Good location, not too central, yet everything important is very quickly accessible. Stehen responded to questions very quickly and helpfully. Single beds in the bedroom are not very large and are more like guest beds. But it doesn't detract from the overall impression. Living room and kitchen are nice and large. Kitchen utensils available. But there were a lot of towels. Unfortunately, the description stated that there were none, so we took many with us that we did not need to take with us. Therefore, also to be rated as more positive. Super parking right in front of the apartment. Pool and BBQ area with hot tub. Would definitely book it again.
