Welcome to The Retreat on Majorca Drive, a bright and inviting 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse located in the highly sought-after Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, just minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this contemporary home offers the perfect blend of privacy, relaxation, and family-friendly fun — complete with your own private screened and heated pool. Pool heat is available for a nominal fee and is recommended during cooler months.

Step through the front door and into an open-concept living area filled with natural light. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar — perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. The adjoining dining area and spacious family room flow seamlessly together, creating a welcoming environment for families and friends to gather after a long day of adventures.

Through sliding glass doors, you’ll find your private oasis: a covered lanai overlooking a heated splash pool, all screened for comfort and surrounded by paver decking. Whether you’re cooling off in the water or enjoying dinner al fresco, this space invites relaxation.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

Primary Suite (Upstairs): A king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Second King Bedroom (Downstairs): Conveniently located on the first floor with easy access to a full bathroom — ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs Twin/Twin (Upstairs): Two twin beds (Blue Room).

Themed Kids’ Room (Upstairs): Features two twin beds in a playful, family-friendly setting — perfect for younger travelers (Mickey Room).

An upstairs loft area offers additional lounge space with a sofa and television — an ideal spot for movie nights or quiet downtime.

"Our stay was awesome. This was our 4th year staying in Windsor at Westside, however, Steven has been the best host so far. He communicated from the time of booking until the time of departure. They even replaced the sectional while we were there and communicated his intentions. Hands down the best host! Great Job, Steven and hope to book with you in the future.

"The place was very clean, just like the pictures. The space was just what we needed for our family. the bedroom downstairs was perfect for my mom who has limited mobility. Both couches the downstairs and upstairs are super comfortable and the space overall is spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed (pots, cups, cooking utensils) to cook a few times during our stay. The only thing missing was a mixing bowl. everything else was perfect. The private pool and the resort amenities were clean and made our stay relaxing and fun. Thanks Steven for your time and for answering our questions.

"I absolutely recommend this place. Steven is a great host and his place was perfect. There was more than enough space for our entire family and the location is perfect. When we weren’t using the pool at the house, we took our 3 minute walk to the bigger pool with the lazy river and pool bar/restaurant. But when we were ready to head back. The boys could enjoy the pool at the Airbnb still! Any concerns we had, Steven replied and solved urgently. Great host. Would stay again.
