The townhome features a private splash pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the parks. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, and in-home laundry provide everything needed for a seamless vacation. With three full bathrooms, getting ready in the morning is easy and convenient for families or groups. The home is immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. We also offer grill rentals! The pool can be heated for an additional $30 per day. Please request pool heating in advance of your stay so we can have the pool warm and ready for you upon arrival!

Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of top-tier amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water park featuring water slides, a splash zone, and a hot tub. "It was an incredible few days here. I felt at home. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were so Comfortable, full kitchen and everything new! I already miss this house. "Me and my girls stayed for 12 nights and everything was perfect from easy check in to the cleanliness of the condo. It was so close to many great restaurants and stores making a very easy commute. My girls loved the short walk to the clubhouse and pool. We will definitely stay again

"Fantastic spot close to the clubhouse. Beautiful kitchen and loved opening the back doors to the pool while we were cooking or hanging out in the main living area. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Steven was an outstanding host and we had a wonderful stay. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room and shared areas were organized and welcoming, and it really felt like a home away from home. Steven was also incredibly responsive and communicative from the moment we booked through check-out, which made everything easy and stress-free. Check-in was smooth, and he made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The home is in a convenient location and had great amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a TV, and access to the kitchen and common areas, which made our stay even more comfortable. "We highly enjoyed our stay! It’s about 15-20 minute drive to Disney (traffic increases that at night). The location inside the facility is perfect, quick 4 minute walk to the pool/splashpad/store one way, and 4 minutes the other way to the castle playground. It was very easy to find and overall we had no complaints! Very responsive host! Would recommend this home!

"Great place to stay and only 15 minute rideshare from the Disney parks. It was clean and easy to access the amenities (Heated resort pool and water park) which is like a 5 minute walk away. Host was responsive and the place is spacious and quiet for a good night's rest, which was important, thanks Stephen!

"Great place in a great location. Really good access to all the Disney parks by car. Very close to a Walmart for groceries and fuel. House was very good, lots of space for just 2 of us but wouldn’t have felt cramped if all the bedrooms were filled either. Great kitchen for those times you don’t want to eat out.

"Super responsive host, answered all of our queries quickly. Location is perfect for the parks, 15 minutes drive from the door to Disney parking. 30 minutes to Universal parks, and really close to the I4. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Plenty of amenities on site (gym, pool, etc.) but we didn’t use any, so can’t comment. Some of the plug sockets in the kitchen don’t work, and though towels were clean they did have stains. But nothing major that impacted our stay. Would happily stay here again.
