From the moment you arrive at the 24-hour guard-gated Windsor Hills Resort, you’ll feel like your vacation has truly begun. This home has been thoughtfully renovated to create a fresh, modern, and allergy-friendly environment with no carpet throughout, upgraded finishes, and a fully climate-controlled game room for year-round comfort.

Inside, the home offers a bright and open layout perfect for gathering. Whether you’re enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading to the parks or winding down with a movie night, the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together effortlessly to keep everyone connected.

With six bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax. Two king bedrooms—including a stunning four-poster bed—offer comfortable retreats for adults, along with a queen bedroom for additional flexibility. Three themed twin bedrooms create fun, inviting spaces for kids to unwind after a full day of adventure.

Entertainment continues in the heated garage game room, giving your group a place to enjoy friendly competition no matter the weather.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or relax in the evening after a busy day. Whether you’re swimming, lounging, or enjoying a quiet moment poolside, this space is designed for easy vacation living. Pool heat is available for $30 per day plus tax and can be added for the duration of your stay. Grill rentals are also available upon request for outdoor dining and family cookouts.

"We had a wonderful family stay here as a group of adults. The location is ideal, the place was clean and tidy, and super comfortable. The resort style amenities were a great asset for our family members taking a day away from the themed parks. Our greatest draw was the private pool…a wonderful place to cool off and relax after lots of walking at the Disney resorts. The upper and lower floors have dual temperature controls, which worked well for our different preferences. Steve was easy to reach and was well vested in making our stay pleasant. We were all very satisfied with our stay!

"The home was better than expected. It accommodated everyone from my 1 year old grandchild to my 87 year old parents (bedroom/full bath on 1st floor). The home was spotless, spacious and in a peaceful neighborhood. The clubhouse always had something fun going on which made for relaxing time when breaks from the Disney parks were needed. We ate in more than expected, kitchen had all that was needed. We’ve stayed at various places over the years visiting the parks but this checked all our boxes. Glad to say we found our spot! Looking forward to going back. Thank you, Steve.

"We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for 7 adults and two kids. The kids enjoyed the 'party room' and spent many hours playing in there. Pool was lovely but be aware if the weather is cold, the heating may not be effective. The kids didn't mind but it was a little chilly for the adults. And to top it off, the drive to Disney and shopping was so smooth.

"We loved our stay! Plenty of space and beds for our extended family of 9 and the kids rooms were decorated very cute. The game room in the garage was fantastic and most importantly for us, it was so close to the Disney parks - we were able to take breaks throughout the day and go back to the house without losing a lot of time. I was surprised how well equipped the kitchen was. We had everything- even to cook a thanksgiving dinner! Also close to Starbucks, Walmart, cvs and other stores for essentials. Very happy!

"The house was clean and uncluttered. The pictures are spot on. Lots of room for everyone. We had 7 adults all together. Only minutes to the parks and shopping. Walmart is just 5 minutes away. The club house store and pool were very nice. Only wish I had more time to go to them.

"Steve is an outstanding host!. Extremely responsive before and during the trip. House is amazing! The house was the perfect size and made us feel at home. Close to many great restaurants, Walmart, and the all important Disney World parks. Great to have a pool for the kiddos for before and after the days events right at the house. As well as a large pool within walking distance from the house. I would absolutely recommend this house and host combination.
